Daniel Osborn: From USA to ship ONE cd anywhere internationally it costs, $12. Tshirts more, sweatshirts more. The cost of your shipments to the USA have nothing to do with it. You are paying a company in your country, not mine. Here, shipping is this cost. I also offer international shipping with no jewel case on the cd to save customers money, because ONE cd without a case is $8 to ship, not $12.
Nasar Skripitskij, you asked me a few years ago to send you all my merchandise to you for free and for me to cover shipping costs. You said you would send me payments as they sold. There is too much room for error in this type of deal.
Sabastian, that is not true at all. I don't know where you got that information. I have a separate website specifically for wholesale with bulk rate discounts. I would suggest knowing the facts about something before you make a false statement like that.
There are multiple international distros that carry NSE titles, and I have been working on USA and international retail distribution. This is not an easy task since people are more interested in downloading illegally and complaining about merchandise costs from their favorite bands instead of buying them. 90% of labels who contact me for wholesale tell me they want 1 of every cd, shirt and hoodie. This isn't wholesale, this is someone wanting items for themselves but want a discount.
I cannot calculate shipping for every person individually, some people underpay a few dollars, some overpay, but I always refund large overpayments for shipping.
I ordered your cd from your record label, Coyote, along with a few other coyote release because they are not available here in the US. I paid almost $30 for shipping for 7 CDs, why aren't you concerned about this?
I'm not complaining about the cost, I'm happy to support something so important to me. If you think I am trying to make a profit by charging extra for shipping, you are wrong. I Charge as close the actual cost that I can. I spend about $500 every two weeks on shipping supplies. Just last week I spent $198 dollars on ink for my printer for printing shipping labels. That money isn't factored into the shipping costs, so that money I am never reimbursed for. Also, regular customers have discount codes for the webstore that they can use an unlimited amount of times. Not sure what you don't understand about this.
