 M INC. the new Orlando, Florida-based band featuring former Death/Massacre guitarist Rick Rozz DeLillo was formed by Rick and drummer Mike Mazzonetto (Pain Principle) in August 2009. Rick and Mike soon teamed up with Tim Vazquez (Devolve, CGM Studios) and Chris Jack (Devolve) to record their first track "Bone Dust" to be released on to the Fall of Eden Records compilation "Fallen Souls" in October of 2009. M-Inc currently has 10 song recorded and will be releasing their debut CD in 2011. M-Inc will be playing their debut show as main support for Obituary on Friday, January 21st at State Theater in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
