The band came up in May 2000 created by Alessandro, the singer (Necrotorture), with the name of Suspiria. In Jenuary 2001, after various line-up modifications, the band recorded its first promo cd " Psychotic Necrophilus" always under the name of Suspiria and performed, with good satisfaction, together with bands like Mutala, Penis Leech and others, all belonging to the death brutal underground of the south of Italy.
In autumn 2001, after about eight months from the publication of the first promo cd, the band decided to replace the drummer becouse his lack of experience. It tasted some drummers around and, thanks to the conctats of the singer Alessandro, the band arrived at the test room with the ex-drummer of Terremoto band. He was fond of the extreme brutal grind gore and for his own passion to form a brutal band, he gave his approval to Suspiria which changed its name for a new project. Leaving behind the first promo cd, the band with the new name of Necrotorture ( from the nickname of the singer) recorded, in about three months, an cd demo with four pieces. Among these, two songs from the old work were re-erranged in a different way and undoubtedly became more potent for the better ability of the new drummer. The band offers, in its works, brutal gore with splatter inspiration and presents texts full of themes about serial killers, science-fiction aliens, pornography based on sexual obsessions of maniacs, killers and killing-art men. The band is very satisfied with all they have done, produced and composed so far, above all considering the middle age of the components of the band ( the singer, the guitarist and the bass player are from twenty to twenty-one, except for the drummer, he is older and with more experience). After this cd demo called "Exploring ways of flesh", the band have played with bands like Horrid, Bastard Saints, Necrophilism, Disguise, Ingraved, Cadaveric Crematorium, Aydra, Virulent Re-Shapes, Mutala with great success and receiving congratulations by those presents. During the show, the band arrenged horror scenographies.
In September 2002 Necrotorture band have changed again the drummer with new entry “Vito” and is working to find dates and shows in Italy and to distribute and promote its demo.
After not even five months from the arrival of a drummer right for this kind of music, now the same drummer with the bass player have lost the band becouse they weren’t motivated any more. But the two left member (Alex "Necrotorture" vocals and Gianluca Buonsante guitar) have soon reformed the group thanks to a fast search that has put at the drum the ex-drummer of Mortifier (an apulian black metal band now brought up) and drum session of the black metal band Buio Omega (project Italy/Australia where the drummer Vanny "Hate" has recorded the drum sessions) and at the bass Domenico (guitarist by Necrophilism band) that has been working for a long time with the singer of the band for others parallel projects.
The band, for distance of the drummer, don't succed to obtain a good stability and for this reason has many difficulties in the organization of live performance.
May 2004. The Necrotorture begins their activity with the drummer Antonio Donadeo (Undertakers e Traitor), in least days the band complete their repertory, included some cover and begin to work on the new songs. Thanks to the new musician the band finds again its stability and begins newly the live activity. First important concert will be with the deathmetallers Vader ... thanks to this event the band will be to re-enter in the Italian scene and collect many satisfactions from the fans that demand their return from much time.
