INVERACITY is a brutal death metal band originating from Athens/ Greece. Formed in 1998 by drummer Vagelis and guitarist Antonis, the band's intention is to play brutal death metal. In 1999 Vagelis discovered a vocalist named Dionisis who immediately joined the band. The line up was not complete until February of 2000 when Lefteris (bass- former BLOODGORE) joined.
During spring 2000, the band entered the studio to record "Defeated Humans Raped" which was released in January 2001 on CD format. This demo CD contained 5 blasting tracks of sheer brutality, a mixture of grind with primitive brutal death metal. The intros were taken from all-time horror classics such as "The New York Ripper". However, Dionisis left the band due to personal differences the following November and was temporarily replaced by LEPROSY's Jim.
Following the demo release, Inveracity performed several times in small gigs and metal-fests. The live set list usually included covers of "Fear Of Napalm" & "Dead Shall Rise" (TERRORIZER), "Eaten Alive" (REPULSION), "Incinerated" (BROKEN HOPE) and "Frozen With Fear" (AUTOPSY). At one of these gigs Inveracity met Anastasis Valtsanis of Nuclear Winter records who offered them their first record deal for a split 10" vinyl with Sweden's INSISION (now signed with Wicked World).
During the recordings of the split, Jim left the band. Marios replaced him and it was clear from the very first moment that his voice was the right one for INVERACITY's sound.
The Split 10" EP with INSISION (lim. to 500 copies) was finally released on early 2002 after a long delay. The Inveracity side is entitled "Deceased, Abandoned, Disgraced" and it features 4 tracks: "Raped", "She Died In My Arms", "Self-Inflicted Torture" (new version) and a cover of REPULSION's "Eaten Alive". The 2 new tracks were faster & sicker than the demo material. The production was clearer and more tight. The cover artwork was handled by Timo Ketola (aka Dauthus). In summer of 2002, Revenge Productions (Germany) bought the rights for the split and released it on CD format. This way it got wider distribution than the 10" vinyl. A few months later Inveracity got signed with Tennessee-based Unmatched Brutality Records.
Many more shows followed until summer of 2003 when the band completed their debut album entitled "Circle Of Perversion". The 11 tracks that the CD contains are far more brutal, fast & improved than the band's previous efforts. This time they decided to handle the production and the mixing themselves (assisted by Grigoris of 5 studio) in order to reach the killer outcome. The CD finally hit the underground in December of 2003.

Circle Of Perversion очень понравился в свое время и нравится до сих пор, несмотря на то что ничего революционно нового там нет. Добротный качественный брдэтх, на твердую 4 с плюсом! 
) А вот демо ЦэДэ, имхо, так ваще умора. 
звуком - это, хмм... смешно как-то, задорно что ли. Но все равно понравились.
